Conditions of rental

RENTAL PRICE
This covers the cost of the fully-equipped apartment and all charges (water, electricity, heating, etc.)
Extra costs :

• tourist tax (winter 2008 summer 2008 0,60€  p.p per day) 
• un supplement for a pet (30 €) -  free during the summer
• Optional hire of sheets ans towels (sheets : 8 € p.p; sheets ans towels  : 10 € p.p.)
  disposable sheets short stay : 3 € p.p.

    disposable sheets long stay : 5 € p.p.

• cleaning at end of stay (optional) (38 €)
  (The apartment will have been cleaned thoroughly before any let and it is the hirers' responsability to leave  it in the same state at the end of the let.)
•  supplement for occupancy over the stated number.
• TV rental (if the apartment does not already have one)
             

PAYMENT

The rental is confirmed on receipt of the deposit (non-refundable in case of cancellation)

The balance is then payable on collection of the keys.
Please note, no discount is made for late arrival or early departure.

RETURN OF KEYS
Keys can be collected from L'Etoile D'Argent (1 rue de la ramasse) (see plan) from 15.OO. 
On the day of departure apartments should be vacated by 10.00.
Security deposits of 229 € for the apartment and 38 € for cleaning are payable on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure.

LIABILITY

L'Etoile d’Argent is not liable for any theft of or damage to personal belongings during the period of rental,  whether in the apartment, the storage areas or the car park. It is the responsability of the client to have the relevant insurances.
It is requested that clients are "good neighbours"!

Payment of a deposit implies acceptance of these conditions.
